The act of creation, in any media is a fascinating and magical process. I simply love to create. Expressing in color, line, tone, texture - as if, they were words upon a page. Creating a uniquely me, interpretation. Enjoy More of my "one-of-a-kind" expressive art at society6.com/debiriley and, redbubble.com/people/debijriley/shop

  1. Too many favorites once again! I just love the top one so much, I had to mention it. Love how you suggested flowers with your drops of paint. Oh so wonderful! And that orange and blue toward the bottom. What punches of color, just wonderful Debi! (((((3d)))))

  2. oh my….now I have never, ever seen the first one and that well, I love it! oh I love your approach to florals, absolutely stunning and I am so glad that I can say to you…..’it does not look just like a photo’! ha! I have a pet peeve, when a person upon seeing an ultra-realistic painting says “it just looks like a photo!” that to me is a total turn-off, not my kind of art. So…..I thought I would give you a compliment by saying, it looks like ‘art and not like a photo’! lol Oh I love “Morning kiss for Monet” one of my favorites! If I lived close by I would take this class!

  3. These are beautiful, Debi!!! I love love love the first one! Viridian abstract spoke volumes of ‘no quitting’, ‘dream on’, ‘listen to the inner spirit’. And of course I can’t take my eyes off of bright coral orange. Beautiful beautiful splashes of color!

  6. Flowers, flowers, flowers – love them all, but you probably can guess my favourite is Viridian Abstract. Sorry I can’t join you for the day on August 31st, but will be with you in spirit πŸ™‚

  7. Debi, they are all so beautiful but I have to say, my absolute favourite is Morning Kiss. I love the texture on it and the swirls and the contrast between the soft colours and then the pop of red. I am envious of those 8 people who attended your workshop in Perth. β€οΈπŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦
