Its so,   S. I. M. P. L. E.   I’m told.

Its just,  “Intuitive”…

Please. Just give me my paints, my brush and my papers.

Let The Spectacle Begin

So,   Lets try this again!

I know one thing,  computer skills,  certainly aren’t  my strong points.

Watercolors though, are right up there, on the ‘Yes, I can do!!’ list.

Whatever I did on yesterday’s post….I didn’t do ‘something’ right.

This –  is why I don’t do Twister,  I mean Twitter.

Or Instagram… its more like  ‘For-ever-a-gram’ with yours truly.     I’m all paws, hooves, and thumbs!  Everything goes south in a handbasket!

Simple

Its so,   S. I. M. P. L. E.   I’m told.

Its just,  “Intuitive”…

“Just tag the post with hashtags.”

I did. What happened?!  I don’t know!  When it comes to me, buttons, electrical gadgets, computers…. any thing can happen.  Or go amuck.  And does.   Garage doors, hard drives, backups, phones, alarm systems.

That last one.

Is a real hoot.  I bet you CAN  imagine the scenarios with alarms going off suddenly, at work.

Exciting.

I knew I was Alive.

Looking For the Trees

Where is this Spectacle of Trees, you ask?

I’ll get there. Don’t get those knickers in a knot….   I did paint them.

A Forest of Them!  And had great fun doing them too.

Its Not like bumbling around on the computer.   Trying to do #World Watercolor Month posts.

Just wondering,  how many of those,  #WWM  I can squeeze in.  Should I try for 5, 7, 10? Would that increase my chances of success?      Actually,  I think I’m done now,  with the two I see already.

A bit like giving up too soon,  but I’m terming it… “Hoping for the Best.”

Where… are those Trees!!

Finally
  • my beautiful watercolor trees
  • some of my own, personal favorites…..
  • peace. zen. serenity.
  • with no fumbling about
  • how lovely

  1. Love your paintings and of trees! Oh treeesssss! I adore your Tree on Embankment….it took my breath away and of course you weren’t done! Then of course they all fight for my attention but Hornsby Brushland is so gorgeous…..I know what you mean about the hashtag thing. I still don’t know if I am doing it properly. When Charlie was doing his Nature walk thing, I failed to get on board on that because of that stupid hashtag….not wanting to appear stupid, I decided not to keep asking how to do it. lol I was thinking about getting some posts going in Instagram and well, that didn’t go well. Why can’t things be simpler? like the old days? anyhow, love your post and your trees, all of them!

      1. I know you must get tired of hearing me say how beautiful your paintings are, but I really do love them. I’d have all my walls plastered with them in a giant collage and all day long wherever I look it would have me smiling.

  3. Ok, so Debi. They are all beautiful! I really like your “Tree in the Glade”. Sorry if I’m dense, but are you having trouble with the tagging or with the painting? I think the painting is wonderful, so I’m not sure. The tag to add to these WWM paintings is #worldwatercolormonth – at least, as far as I know, as I’m no techie whizz by any stretch. You type it as all one word and put the pound sign in front and make sure your post is tagged with it. And you’re done! Woot! :)). If I had to pick a favorite, would have to be Reflections although Bushland is really wonderful too. But they’re all wonderful! When I first said I’d do this, I said I’d only do them when I could this month, but I’ve already fallen into that “have to” every day trap. It hasn’t killed the mojo yet, but I have to be careful of that, anytime I put a chore to anything.

Bah! Gollum keeps poking me. He says he’s sure that if he slithered into the pool in “Magical Mists”, he’d find the Ring and everything would be right in his world again. I just think he’s envious of your skills and would like to see what’s in your pocketsesssss. Precioussssss. 💙💙💙

    1. my thanks Andrew! computer skills (lack) well, just ‘grist for the mill’ is how I look at it.
I think I made someone smile from the post! and, I do accomplish the goal, in the end. plus, I can always go direct to FB to post them on. Its not so much frustrating, as ‘amusing’ at this stage. 🙂
